HWCDSB launches ThoughtExchange consultation to inform best practices
What has worked well, what have been the greatest challenges, and what can the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board do to further support student faith formation, well-being and learning?
On May 4, the HWCDSB will be launching a ThoughtExchange consultation to solicit feedback regarding student learning experiences throughout the year.
For some, that learning was delivered in-person, while for others it was fully remote or a blend of the two. We also know that there were some students with special education needs who could not be accommodated with remote learning and continued with in-person learning throughout the school year.
Regardless of the nature of the children’s learning this year, we hope that you will take a few minutes to share feedback on your and the child(ren)’s experiences with online, remote learning and in-person learning. This information is important in helping us to continue to support students and families, respond to student learning needs and improve learning outcomes as we complete the current school year and plan for the coming year.
Your voice matters, so your participation is crucial and valued.

You'll be asked to respond to one open-ended question, consider and rate some of the ideas shared by others (20 to 30 is ideal), and discover what is important to the HWCDSB community.
Your thoughts and stars are confidential. You can come back as often as you like to share additional thoughts and rate the thoughts of others.
The ratings will help us understand the most important areas to focus on as we plan for the coming year.
The ThoughtExchange platform will be open until Wednesday, May 12, 2021
